ordered a peach tea. Asked for it iced and they couldn't do that. I don't understand why but I added an cup of ice. They served me a pineapple tea. I didn't have time to go back, but I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

I always have the best service at this starbucks! They have the most friendly and hospitalle baristas. The drive thru, though sometimes long, moves rather quickly. Ive only had one time where service was just ok. But I attribute that to the fact that it was 530am. I am not even with it at that time. I love this SBs!!

Good to have a starbucks near exit 97. When it's time for coffee in the morning, head here and you are out and about your way for day. However, prepare to battle drive thru line. There can be wait.

This is a great starbucks. One of the best I have been to in a long time. First they always have people here, which is always a good sign at any establishment. The biggest draw to me though is the drive up window for coffee addicts who don't want to get out their cars. I love this feature since I can grab my arnold palmer and go to work. The inside is a nice size with plenty of seating and they always have music playing. The staff is super friendly and knows their coffee. Pros: Great coffee Drive up window Alot of seating Friendly staff Cons Pricey (all starbucks are) Verdict I stop here most mornings for a drink on my way to work. If you don't want to pay $5 for a coffee switch to a shaken black tea lemonade ( Arnold Palmer) with light ice for around $3.50. This place is a great place to go on any morning if your in the area.

YUMMM! I love Starbucks! One mocha frapp with extra whip please! That's me! I can't get enough! The only thing I don't like is that it's semi expensive, but so worth it for the taste. I like that they accomidate each kind of diet with sugar free and soy items.

Nice staff, slow baristas effect the staff. This location has some what up a updated feel, recently changed coffee area now includes two machines. I am unsure why they have two, the amount of traffic vs. Size fails to compare to larger busier locations. There is seating outside and in, I just wouldn't recommend taking time to relax here.

As far as Starbucks go, this one ranks high. Friendly staff and always comfortable. Not blaring music, not a/c set at 60 degrees like many other starbucks. I like it!

Y'all know I love Starbucks. This one is a gem. It has two sections of comfy chairs. The people are SO cheerful. OMG. This is a huge spacious coffee shop. I love it... The sugar-free hazlenut soy misto was perfect! The comfy chairs were perfect! This is a great Starbucks!

This is the Starbucks closest to my house. I had to double-check the address on Google Maps because of the other two reviews for this Starbucks. Comfy chairs? WTF? This Starbucks looks like IKEA threw up some knock-offs that no one would buy. I've never seen decor like this in another Starbucks... ottomans to serve as chairs, orange chairs with no arms, plastic molded silver atrocities. The decor of this place is the ONLY reason I'm giving it 3 stars. Service and coffee quality are excellent, even near closing time, and it has a drive-thru. Being located near the closest Game Stop to my house also helps. Starbucks, seriously... please make this place over and give it the nice plum cushy chairs you've got at all the other Starbucks. Then maybe I'll actually spend some time here instead of grabbing my coffee and heading for home, or suffering through the smoke-filled outdoor seating. (Yeah, I know smokers gotta go somewhere. Doesn't mean I enjoy the smell, though.)

I really like this Starbucks. Always clean enviroment and nice staff. Most importantly they make my chai frappucino just how I like it just for that they get an A+++ most starbucks can't ever get it right but this one does yayy.

My favorite Starbucks on this or any other planet. Excellent crew, remarkably comfortable chairs, interesting space. It also has a drive through that does a lot of business. I meet coaching clients here a lot. Try it!

I drive thru every morning before work and rarely have to wait. My drinks are always right on. I wish it was a little bigger inside - I've tried to go in to hide from the kids a few times but there were no seats available. It would also be nice if they were open later.

Worse service for a Starbucks took two peoples order prior to taking mine, I had been there already waiting patiently for 2 minutes before both people showed up. The even messed up my order.

I'm going to update my review because the customer service has gotten a lot better since but the service time needs to be faster especially in the mornings when you have a line of cars. But they have improved! :)

This is my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are very nice and the drive through line always moves very quickly! They always put enough whipped cream on my Caramel Frappicinos! I've gotten a few free Frappicinos. A few years ago because there was a guy who worked there who had the hots for me. Recently, a barista let me have it for free because the person in the car in front of me changed her whole order at the window, thus everyone having to wait in line forever.
